why can't we have it in ct. you guys can come down to my brother's restaurant. yeah, a get together in ct. he's got a slick eatery and bar.

pcon, hairlime, cleo, ali, esdavis, me, randesq and whomever else.. that would be fun. you guys can all meet me, and you can, i've already met esdavis, and i can apologize to each and everyone of you in person, then yell at you.

and twobit, we'll throw you in the kitchen and cut your fingers off for every nice thing you've said.... and ironically, that means you'd lose non.

if you guys are up for coming down to ct, it would be interesting.

Actually, the only way I'd ever return to CT is if someone threatened to...Jeez, I don't even know what they could threaten me with. Though I'm sure that this eatery was voted number one in CT, not unlike every other eatery in CT.

HarleyHarley, join one on one (it's free now). There's a thread about it there. We're still unsure on the location, but have now picked a time - 2pm-ish on Saturday, 8/13. That'll let out of towners make it into a daytrip and give them a chance to head back home afterward. Anyone who is staying in NYC can head out from there to pub crawl, club hop, etc.

While I'm sure everyone would welcome any female attendees to help balance things out, I think the real motivation in going would be to meet the people who have been posting here for years.

You only have two posts here, both in this thread, and the only things we know about you are you like motercycles, have a flair for fonts, and you either stay up way too late or get up way too early.


I myself would not be opposed to showing up, but I will be at a bachelor party in AC the weekend of the 13th.

You may not know who I am, but some others do. Your post makes it sound like I do not belong at the NY get together. I'm not quite sure what you think you need to know about me to validate my going. I am aware, actually, just what the motivation for going is and that is part of why I chose to attend, not that I feel I have to explain myself to you. I'm curious too... how many posts does all this require by your standards?
btw, I thought since you noticed my "flair for fonts", I'd throw some color at you. You like?
