Just an FYI for anyone who might be interested in querying this place in the future: Michael Eitelman, the VP of development, is no longer at the company. Don't bother asking who's replaced him...the dude answering the phone refuses to give out the name.

Has anyone had dealings with them before? Are they always this rude to people?? :mad:
