I just saw The Swimming Pool. I didn't get it. I guess it was all in her head?

Yes.
It was all her imagination for the story of her next book.
Or was it?

A horrible film.

Great boobs, awful movie.
I can't believe critics called it "Hitchcockian". I know they're whores, but have they even seen a Hitchcock movie? "Swimming Pool" wouldn't be as exciting as Hitchcock if you lit the theater on fire.
Still, Ludivine Sagnier almost makes it worth the rental.

Excellent flick. Open ended European films drive Americans batty (see posts above).

I didn't think the ending was "open." But I thought it was cheap and disappointing.
On the whole, I thought it was too slow and too self-indulgent.
Why do you think it was excellent?

Great boobs, awful movie.
Ludvine Sevigner's or Charlotte Ramplings?
Ludvine was quite the yummy schoolgirl, but Charlotte was MILFtastic.
An interesting film. Somewhat stimulating intellectually, but not truly entertaining.

How about some fvcking spoiler warnings?!?!?Nothing's been spoiled, because there's nothing to spoil. The ending could be interpreted about a half dozen different ways. Bottomless just lacks the imagination to see them.

Ouch. I didn't like the movie and thought the ending blew. Why does that preclude me having an imagination?
But, I'll bite. Please list six plausible interpretations for the ending.

Does this mean I misinterpreted the ending of "The Death of the Bulls?"
It was an undead demon-bull, right?

Get with the program Bottomless,
The movie sucked, but it's French and we must pretend to love it.
Remember to toss in some references to Camus and Existentialism so you can throw off the opinion Nazis.

I know it's sexist, blah blah blah, but for a guy those puppies are hypnotic. That's the truth. No getting round it.

Hairy, not that you give a crap what I think, and quite rightly so, but that "No." reply of yours was very disappointing indeed.
