I'm thinking about a change in representation and know someone here who might want to take me on.

What do we know about this place? Good? Bad? Anything info -- first or second-hand -- would be appreciated.

Thanks,
-M

Hmnnnnnn. Seen lots of agencies whose writers ''appear'' to be working. Make sure you read between the lines.

At one time Preminger was largely television, not a lot of feature work. That might have changed, though.

That's what I heard from my contact this morning. But apparently they're looking to change that.

One of their writers has credits on Dukes of Hazard and Starsky and Hutch -- another has a credit on Around the World in 80 Days...

Known as a very good agency in TELEVISION. Depending on where you are in your career, having representation -- esp by an agency this established -- is better than none. But if you are currently represented, I'd shop around for a boutique that's features. The TV business is still pretty seperate from features though NBC owns Universal, but I can tell you first-hand, the creatives & business affairs betw features & tv rarely talk. Synergy ain't a happening yet. That said, there's more cross-over of tv writers into features than ever before. Hope this makes sense.
