Should narratives be noted somewhere in the dialogue:
SOMEDUDE
(Narration)
Or should they be somewhere under the slug?:
INT. BETTY'S BAKERY - DAY
Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, blah blah. She's wielding a goat. Blah blah blah.
Betty narrates.

If your not electing to (SUPER) the info and still want to go with narration I would write it like this;
NARRATOR(V.O.)
Bla-bla-bla!
Now, the real question is where do you place this narration, normally it would be over a SERIES OF SHOTS (or) a MONTAGE, but not necessarily!
SERIES OF SHOTS
(NOTE: Narrator's VOICE OVER during SERIES)
NARRATOR(V.O.)
Bla-bla-bla!
1.
2.
3.
END SERIES
You could also lay the narrator's VOICE OVER over non-sequentialized scenes(ie: no Montage (or) series), but in effect you are talking about either FLASHBACKS (or) the PRESENT.
If the former, lay it out just like a Series (or) Montage but as a FLASHBACK SEQUENCE. If the later applies it becomes a bit more tricky with needed notations to indicate where and when the VOICE OVER NARRATION starts and ends!
Well that's all I have, best of luck!

Narrative dialogue is indicated as voice-over (V.O.).
Just making the vote a big majority here. :)
