Wow. They're not directing, it's not part of a series, they're not starring in it, and these two are (reportedly) pulling in that kind of cash? Is there anything I"m missing here? Must be a good script and an even better agent.

Idea originated with Dobkin, who's red-hot after WEDDING CRASHERS success. That should explain the payday....

Over a million on a pitch... wow. It seems the ole "Part 2" is a delighful ride, but it's the "Part 1" that I am having the trouble with: Write and sell a screenplay that gets made into a HUGELY successful film.

Good for them, says I. Well deserved.
