Studios / Production Companies in Toronto

I was just wondering if anyone knew which studios or production companies have offices in Toronto. I know that Warner Bros. has a building near a major highway and Alliance Atlantis can be found downtown, but what other major studios or production companies have offices in the city?

The studio offices here in Toronto are just branches that deal with distribution and marketing. They don't have the story departments where you can submit to. 'Course, I'm assuming that's why you're asking.

Lions Gate has an office at 2 Bloor West. There's another one down the street at 33 Bloor East. Disney, maybe Fox. Can't remember.

Sony's at 1313 Yonge. Universal is off Vic Park at the 401.

Check the phone book, they're all there.

Aside from submitting screenplays and what not, I am somewhat interested in becoming an intern for one of these companies. Does anyone know any companies that hire university students as interns in the Toronto area?

Just call and ask them. I'm sure they have intern programs because interns means free labour.

If you want to learn more about film production and film business, I'd suggest trying for an intern position at smaller prodco's like Serendipity Point, Capri Films or Shaftsebury.
