Somewhere at Amazon.com, I came across a screenwriting book that had a chapter about conducting a writing group. Would anyone know what book I'm talking about?
Also, are they any screenwriting books out there that talk discuss how to hold a screenwriting workshop? I think I found a book about this, too, but again--no title coming to me.
Any info would be helpful.

No idea which book has the chapter on writing groups.
However, there is a book called "The Writing Group Book",
edited by Lisa Rosenthal.

It's been a couple of years since I read it, but I think I remember a chapter on writing groups in Max Adams' book, "The Screenwriter's Survival Guide..."

Alex Epstein's Crafty Screenwriting has a good section on conducting a writers' group. Advice such as, don't allow anyone in the group who isn't writing, because it's unfair and imbalanced to allow people to criticize without being subject to criticism, such as, it's okay to inlcude novelists and short fiction writers in addition to screenwriters, etc.
