Does the WGA or some other group put out a manual the equivalent of the Associated Press Stylebook?

No official style guides. The WGA is more concerned with protecting the pay and the rights of established pros.

The closest thing to style book is Cole Haag. Industry standard, though a bit conservative for some tastes.

I believe Warner studios used to put out an official format guide. I don't know how to get one or if they still put it out.
