Could somone smuggle this off the WGA website by any chance? It would be a good sticky.
Non WGA members who work for a signatory company on the strike/unfair list are liable to be banned from joining the WGA for life.
The WGA will let anyone know the status of a company if you call (which everyone will of course do before entering into any substantive business with a company!), but I bet these guys solicit scripts from new writers all the time and a heads up would be useful.
