Anyone know anything about these guys? They are interested in developing a spec script of mine (the first response I've gotten), but want 15% and want to play the double role of prodco and management firm. My understaning is that management firms that set up a self-production deal typically "rebate" their commission, but that it also creates a conflict of interests and potential problems at a studio otherwise interested in setting up the script. I need advice from pros on whether to pursue it or not -- especiallyCreativeExec. Thanks.
