To the best of my knowledge, Franchise is history. Once their output deal with Warners expired, they were briefly affiliated with Bauer Martinez Studios, but the latter let the option to renew their first-look deal lapsed, too.

Not to be a d!ck or nothin', but you wouldn't wanna be associated with them in the first place.
