That would be Charlotte Koh. After weeks of chasing I managed to get a pitch meeting with her at Cannes 2006.

She's a smart cookie. Knows her business. They are looking for packaged/completed films so not sure how much of a chance you have with an unsolicited script with no attachments. Is that what you have?

In the UK they deal with DNA films so for a UK project they would have to take on the project for development/co-production in the first instance.
