SCREAMFEST-when notify?

Anybody know when SCREAMFEST semifinalists will be announced? Will it be before the conference or during? When will the semifinalists be contacted?

Last year I had to check the website to find out my status. Maybe they've got things down better this year. I saw on the website that I had won before I got a "congrats" email from them -- and this was a day or two after the festival was over.
