Producer Requested Script...

... but didn't ask me to sign a release form. Should I just submit the script without signing anything or should I ask the producer to send me a release form first of all.

Dude.
Send it without the release.
Some companies don't use them.
Don't try to second guess the guy.
If he wants one later, he'll ask.
Things are hard enough without making
them harder.

That's one of the advantages of having a rep: they don't sign release forms when sending scripts out.
