General release form for agents?

One of the requests for my script that I received, asked me to sign a release form and send it with the script. However, there was no attachment or even anything pasted in the email. Is there a general or basic form that is available online?

I'm sure you can find a release form or two somewhere on the Internet. Start by looking here www.scriptsales.com/Examples.html (http://www.scriptsales.com/Examples.html) where there are a few examples.

Before you use something generic write the agent back and say that you must have missed the attachment and ask them to forward you a copy of their release form. They may have special wording that they use. Don't be afraid to communicate with them.

they should have sent the release forms to you. If they didn't, have them email them to you. Every agency has their own.
