Representation for Sketch comedy writers? NEED SOME ADVICE!

I just completed a 30 minute pilot. I've had 2meetings with a few production companies SAY they're are interested.
They emailed and faxed over contracts, but the contracts seem a little shady and i can't understand all of the mumbo jumbo lingo.

Does anybody know where i can get a list of agents who rep sketch comedy writers?

First off, congratulations! That's awesome.

Second, how'd you get the meetings if you don't already have representation?...

Third, sounds like you need an entertainment lawyer more than an agent.You probably want them to go over any contract you're presented with....
