While doing my "research" (err...Googling) of agents/managers - I find a few of them have myspace accounts.
So I ask you...is it considered bad form/questionable to query these managers/agents via their myspace accounts? Or is it fair game if thery're out there? Just wanted to get a gauge from the folks here.

Fire away.
No such thing as bad form for an unrepped writer.
If they like your logline then I'm sure they'll request the script.
Not like they'll be like "oh, i really LOVE the sound of that! Just too bad he messaged me through myspace."
They're probably using myspace to put themselves out there more, anyways.

I've used it to kinda "snoop" on certain reps that I've been in talks with. I did a search on Myspace on the last 4 managers that have shown interest in my work and 3 of them had accounts. I even added one as a friend, lol.
It's interesting to see a personal side of them because out of those 3 pages, 2 of them were personal pages that barely mentioned their profession.

I think you'd actually be surprised just how much business is done via myspace in today's world. It amazes me to no end in Hollywood alone.
