That's Alex Epstein's page; he's the author of Crafty Screenwriting (in fact, I would guess that all of this stuff is in his book).

I remember reading this a few years ago. I think most of it is pretty good advice, but I wonder what he means, exactly, by "evil screenplay." ("Very Bad Things"? "Seven"? "In The Company of Men"? "Chinatown"?)

I knew I recognized the info. And there's a bit... a bit of stuff that's a little dated. But overall I think it covers the basics well enough to be stickied to the top of the forum...
