Creative Script Services, supposedly a reader service that also offers representation. Has anyone dealt with them in the past?

They advertise that "Our service will read and if viable represent your material"!:rolleyes

Hmm! A script services company usually doesn't have the contacts, or resources to represent writers! They usually claim they do, but from what I've heard from friend.s colleagues, etc, it would be a waste of time. If you're adamant about it, ask them where they can shop it, to whom, and why? etc. etc.
