They're top rated in Hollywood for actors, directors, and producers since the Stone Age, it seems. Do they also handle screenwriters and novelists? Are they signatory of WGA? Would it be a good starting point or a waste of time to get repped by them? Thanks for you inputs. :D

Yes, they are signatory to WGA.
Yes, they rep writers.
They package scripts with directors, actors etc.
If you can get repped by them, it would be a good thing.
A very good thing.
You could do a lot worse.
