SEVENTH ART SERIALS is currently in Development, and will offer a new platform for writers interested in Collaboration & Narrative Continuity. However, it will also be open 24/7 to every other script writer-OPEN BAR-no limits or general genre codes(anything scripted). With the current strike at a stalmate, this may/may not be something you care to indulge in, but the door will always be open regardless.

A collaboration of two Done Deal writers are nearing completion of the first serial: "THE SAVAGE CHRONICLES"This is the initial story arc, and is in no way intended to be the prototype for any proceeding SEVENTH ART SERIAL entries. It is entirely up to you.

This is solely a room for writing--there are no prizes in this event. Feel free to make use of the STORY DEVELOPMENT FORUM. If any writer seeks a copyright, or does not wish for their real name to be used, we will arrange a solution beforehand.

*SEND ALL SERIAL SUBMISSIONS INQUIRIES TO ME VIA PM OR EMAIL*

Heck!

What happened to the first six?

This isn't going to be one of those silly riddle threads, eh?!?

And, nothing like SEVENTH SEAL art?

"Stalmate" (http://www.sfinternational.se/Upload/ED9C4F3F-DF3A-4D6E-823B-90D9FB6C9F03/The_seventh_Seal.jpg)?

In good ol' 1916, Italian poet and pioneer film theoretician, Ricciotto Canuda coined the nomenclature.

The art of motion pictures is the Seventh Art.

Canuda was often called The Z by his peers.

Which of these three statements did you see the night of the shootings?

Phew! For a while, I thought that a lot of posts had been deleted!

Of course, you're referring to Ricciotto Canudo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ricciotto_Canudo), author of The Birth of the Sixth Art (1911).

Architecture, sculpture, painting, music, dance, (later, add poetry, and ignore literature and dramatics), and film!

Ricciotto Runningghieri. He was
a fine man and wonderful pigeon
feeder. His skill at distributing grain
will be sorely missed by the fowl
and indigent of our fine city.
