Hello,

I ordered 3 DVD's from the DVD blowout sale back in February but haven't received them yet. I tried contacting CS and the order fulfillment company but neither has responded to my email. Can somebody give me a contact person to speak to about this?

Thanks

Good luck, CS' customer service is horrible.

Damn you, Naudikom for getting in before me! (shakes fist)

But yeah, good luck with getting those DVDs. Maybe give them a direct call if you can find a telephone number.

forget about an email response -- I contacted them four separate times and never got a single response -- but someone does answer the phone -- it took me 8 weeks to get mine

I had the same issue. Sent one e-mail; problem resolved. Contact Ashley at admin.cspubs@gmail.com (http://webmail.att.net/wmc/v/wm/47DDBD67000ACBB6000029FB22243323629B0A02D2089B9A01 9C04040A0DBF9D0A9D0A080C9C040A0E080C0703?cmd=Compo seTo&adr=admin.cspubs%40gmail.com&sid=c0). She was my contact and a great help with timely responses.

Good Luck.

You know, this bothers me very much. If you are an advertiser or otherwise have a business relationship with CS - bam - they're on the phone. But if you're a subscriber, you get very frustrated. This is no way to run a business and I'm just very sad that the new publisher is not running this business with the same professionalism that his predecessor did. I like him, he's a nice guy, he means well but something is very wrong with this picture.

Well, I finally received my DVD's. I went to the CS website and emailed every employee foolish enough to list their email address. And, what do you know, it worked!:bounce:

Perhaps that's what I should do. I've been waiting since early January 2008 to get my DVDs and am still waiting. Perhaps Bill will explain what the delay is for DVDs.

Andrew,

I know you probably travelled far from 2A, check this link below with an email and phone number to call. Also, check the op thread and scroll up and check out other post by Bill as well.

That's just it though. I have called that number and emailed Ashley. The last assurance I got was in June when I was told that the order would be complete before my holiday in August. Again another broken promise.

Hence the reason to try to contact Bill. I'm at the point of going to small claims court on this now.
