Yes. They're broke. His producer is making money selling their one or two films into foreign territories. He's run off to make historical documentaries.

Judith James is a very nice lady. She has exec. producer credit on Quiz Show and Mr. Holland's Opus.

She liked my very first script and we met twice. The script needed a lot of work and I wasn't in a position to rewrite it at the time but I kept in contact with Judith. My next script was not really suitable for her company but she met me again to touch base.

I never met Richard Dreyfuss though and have not really tracked her progress since then. When I met Judith over 2 years ago she was setting up a Woody Harrelson movie using international funding.
