AP.
Need more information.
Is this a US producer?
Could he be on location and wanting to read
it while he's shooting?
Where is the hotel? US?
Is the producer known?
As in Hollywood?
Hit us back.

Yes, what Cole said. There is a service in LA that can print the script out for you and mail it to the hotel.

Go with these guys to print and mail your script in LA.

www.scriptcopier.com (http://www.scriptcopier.com)

I've used these guys a couple of times - easy, no fuss, and on time. Dn't bother mailing when it will be cheaper and quicker to use the above service.

I would get it there as soon as you can, attention it to him, and perhaps include a note saying he (is it a he?) is expected around the 27th. I'm sure they'll hold it for you and pass it on.

Good luck.

Maziar at Script Copier is someone I do business with on a daily basis. He is amazing, he is my friend and he is da bomb. It's so worth it, especially if you're sending from Europe. It's all digital, so Mazi can get your script where it needs to be ASAP.

"send the script to me at this "name" at Sanctuary Plaza Hotel (LA) on the 27th"

Out of curiosity, I looked that up -- I can't find any "Sanctuary Plaza Hotel" in L.A. You sure that's the name? Anybody else heard of this?

It's probably the Century Plaza Hotel (http://www.centuryplaza.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp) in Century City right near 20th Century Fox and across the street from the new CAA bldg.

In general, as long as the producer is not asking you for money, it is reasonable to send a script to any address.

Just my opinion, not based on experience, just common sense. :)

I don't know if this is the easiest way to do it, but whenever I stall on formatting in a non-WP program, I write it in Word, then cut and paste.

Try that - I've done it for other formatting challenges in Final Draft.

BTW, I used Scriptcopier to send to La Femmes for her (brilliant/amazing/insightful) coverage and it all got where it needed to on time and in one neatly presented piece. Cost 1/10 of what it would cost to mail from Australia. Saved easily that much time too.
