What are my chances of getting read at Cosmic Ent.? Is slim to none too optimistic?

I have a screenplay I think would be perfect for Kate Hudson (then again, who DOESN'T have a sp they think is perfect for some big-name actor/actress lol). I actually had her in mind when I wrote it.

So my question is, if I insist on embarrassing myself by sending a query letter, what exactly should I say? Should I just talk about myself and the script (usual query letter) or should I mention that I wrote the script with her in mind? Should I even address the query to her, or will I come off as a psycho stalker fanatic? :lol
