sorry to be the bearer of bad news....

I would avoid this place. I have dealt with them an their "in house producers". I know some of them very well.

I would stay away. They have no development money (even though they say they do), no clout, and a bad reputation within the industry.

They have development money, just very little. In fact, all they do is develop. Very little actually gets produced there.
