Does Dark Castle accept unsolicted materials? Contacts? Closest I came was Imagemovers, but no one specific associated with DC. I mean obviously Zemeckis and Silver, but other then that not sure at all who to contact with a query.

No they have a very strict submission policy, if they don't know your agent or lawyer they won't open the package, I mean strict. You could have a very good entertainment Lawyer but if they don't know him or her or haven't worked with them, they still won't look at anything.
