Newbie here with a quick question

The question comes up a lot. Check the archives and FAQs. But here's the argument in a nutshell.

If you are talking about services like Scriptblaster, I've used it with good results. There are others here who have, too, and others who think querying is useless and are sure the queries are instantly deleted and treated as junk mail. I know they're not always treated as junk mail, because I get script requests that have resulted in offers of management. The better my logline and concept, the better my results. Some of my scripts are more pitchable than others.

In my experience, agent and manager queries usually attract more interest from the managers than from the agents, whether you do the querying yourself or use a service.
