Create your own prime-time television programming schedule.
Here is the "ain't ever gonna happen" scenario:
A horrific recession has forced all the networks (cable included) to consolidate into one new large network and they've promoted you, from whatever you were doing before, to the Head of Programming. Your main goal is to create a successful schedule of prime-time programming (between 8pm and 11pm) that will keep millions of eyeballs watching every week.
From the television shows currently on the air, create a week of programming, pairing shows together that would feed off each other, such as lead-ins. You may NOT add canceled shows to your slate of programming.
As Head of Programming you will also need to shed some dead weight. Therefore you will also need to deliver to the head of the network, a short list of current shows that deserve immediate cancellation or pushed to midseason.
My programming schedule:
Sunday
"24" (8:00pm - 9:00pm)
"Heroes" (9:00pm - 10:00pm)
