Is there any chance someone could PM me a copy of the inktip preferred newsletter? One of those leads interests me.

To cut to the chase: you gotta sign up, either for the free one that delivers one lead a week, or pay the 50 bucks to get the whole version. It wouldn't do you any good if anyone emailed it to you cause you gotta be a subscriber to answer any leads. So best advice go to website and sign up.
Now the car wreck!

I know the deal. I still want to know the names of the companies.

It probably wouldnt help, because you have to fill out the forms for the leads before the names come up and are displayed, and almost all the producers do not put their emails in the heading and almost all them don't have available emails available unless they want to see your script, then you might get their email.
If you try submitting around it they problably won't read your submission.
Its a catch 22.

I would sign up, if I had to. But I think I may have already submitted to the producer. If anyone could humor me, that would be great. :|

I am just curious to know if there really is tangible proof that Inktip is not a total scam.

I could never understand why I got so many logline views and so few synopsis views... Either my loglines really suck - a distinct possibility - or they charge extra for synopsis views -- or I don't know????
All I know is that Inktip has never worked for me.

There is. If your work is strong enough, and you use the site or subscribe to the newsletter, the proof will eventually come to your doorstep. Problem is there are just as many hack bottom-feeder producers on there as hack writers. But the cream does rise to the top, and it can be a good launching pad for a career.

putting you logline/synopsis on their site is passive
submitting your logline/synopsis to newletters leads is aggressive
to me the aggressive approach works best. it's more like applying for a specific job as oppose to just posting your resume on monster.com or something like that.
but the real truth is... most people write crap that nobody wants. :(

This is 100% true. My successes through inktip have also come from responding to leads in the newsletter.

True... the newsletter has been a much better source. Well said.
