Do any members know where you can find free mugshot photos online? I would think the photos would be considered public property or available to the general public for free.

thesmokinggun.com has quite a few mugshots online, mostly of famous people...

I loved that quote in Premiere where a friend was surprised that so many people were shocked with the photo, as "that's what Nick looks like everyday". :lol
