Easter Contest?

I'm thinking April 11 deadline (day before Easter), anything goes, no more than five pages and a worthless, fake a$$ Derek again to the winner and love to everybody who enters.

I slept like a rock, rolled out of bed around 9:30 this morning, currently sitting by the pool enjoying the 80+ degrees with my laptop and a six pack of diet Mountain Dew. :D

March Madness sounds kind of cool, but I don't think I took part in that one so you would have to refresh my memory on how it works.

And yes, I'd love for you to run it! ;)

March Madness was a comedy sketch contest...I think it went 4 or 5 rounds and after the initial round, the rest of the rounds were head to head battles until there was a winner (just like the NCAA tournament, known as March Madness).

If memory serves me correctly, the first round was open, and the rest of the rounds we were given a theme for the sketch.

The 4 or 5 rounds might have dragged on a bit some folks?? I don't know. I'll leave it up to the contest organizers. But another idea is to have open entries for the first round and then vote for the top 5. Then have those 5 compete for the final 2. Then you have the head to head Thunderdome match.

I made it to the finals in the March Madness contest last year, so I'm all for that again. :p

I'm up for an Easter contest as well. I'll start tossing some ideas around in my head for both just in case, bwahahahaha...

What I recall of last year's March Madness contest was being knocked out in the first round (I protest!) and not really giving my complete attention to what came next, which makes me a bad person, but the contest did seem to go on (and on... cue Céline).

But it's only the 11th. Still possible to sink a few rounds if everyone's mad keen on the idea.
