I be grateful if someone could tell me what the age restriction is for players in the NFL. Also, if an NFL team wanted a college player, how would they go about recruiting him?

What do you mean how does the NFL recruit a player? Google: NFL Draft

Anything else, you can pretty much make it up. Kids doesn't want to play? How do they get him? There's a story.
