Where do things stand with marriage laws in the U.S. -- especially concerning age of consentual (sic?) marriage.

-- i.e. what is the minimum age of marriage & what is the minimum age allowed with parental consent.

Also (I guess laws differ from state to state), are there any states where these laws are pretty lax?

I'd appreciate any help...cheers.
