Honeymoon Destinations

Ok, in my story two newlyweds find themselves lost on the backroads of America while trying to reach their honeymoon destination. The thing is I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out where that's supposed to be. It will probably only be mentioned once or twice as they get lost and then after that it doesn't really matter because they freaking die.

The Pocanos or Niagra Falls if you're setting it in the Northeast.

Las Vegas/Reno/Tahoe if you're setting it in the Southwest.

New Orleans or Key West if you're setting it in the South.

Well, I didn't really plan on setting it in a specific location.

The Pocanos might be your best bet. They could be driving there from virtually anywhere east of the Rockies.

I mean, they freakin' die, but it's great film noir, (especially for Monroe)!
