And what's the name of the botique in front of it? What street?

No, not a big-assed hotel like the Bonaventure in LA. Something, smaller, more like a traveler's inn.

If the area is important due to other aspects, action of something, you might want to localize it without a complete hotel name:

Union Square
Broadway
Financial District
Nob Hill
Chinatown
Marina
etc
