I bet if they like your query they would ask you to send it in via a manager or agent or lawyer for legal reasons like most big companies.

But you never know. At least if you get a positive query, help you find a rep to maybe help you out. I got an agent to hep me out to do an option without signing me.

I contacted an agent I queried before, told them I had an option and asked if they would help me on the deal. If you have something on the table, you can get people to help you out as you did all the work anyway.

A few years back I got a read off a blind e-query to them. No agent or manager required.
