Who is accepting Sci-Fi Comedy Screenplays?

Hi - I've been trying to market my Sci-Fi Comedy script and I haven't had any luck so far. I know that Sci-Fi in general is a tough sell, and I've done extensive research on productions companies, etc. but they usually just mention Comedy, and when I do send out my query letter they say "Well, not that type of comedy."

If anyone could point me in the right direction in terms of companies or managers who are specifically searching for this specific genre it would be greatly appreciated.

I sent Benderspink four very marketable script ideas, and they never got back to me...so I'm going to exclude them in the future.

Hi Screenquery - Actually I was going to use your service today, but I noticed that you won't be open till August 1st. It gave me more time to write.

Personally, I think my Sci-Fi comedy is unique and pretty funny, but that's just my opinion. It made a few of my friends laugh out loud, so I took that as a compliment.

My Sci-Fi/Thriller is high concept and it dwells with issues that haven't been touched upon in films, so I think its unique. With that being said, if you know of any particular companies that are just currently seeking that genre, you could shoot me a pm, it would be greatly appreciated.

Great info.

Just prepped a log line for a sci-fi comedy/actioner. It's written for the high end of budgets (above and below the line), a star vehicle for sure. Going to test the waters this week with agencies. Have a manager already, but he's an older fellow and a bit passive. He gave his permission to approach agencies directly. Have dozens upon dozens of awards - but they're not real gold. I checked. :)
