My wife saw Garcia in line at Whole Foods a few days ago. He was eating a California roll.

I suggest staking out the sushi section of the Glendale Whole Foods, script in hand. When an employee asks you if you need any help, just stare them down. Then when Garcia finally shows up, make sure to tell him how many days or weeks you've been waiting. Extra points for sweating profusely to demonstrate your enthusiasm.
