I realise that this is only a pitch, but if anyone knows or hears anything about it, please feel free to post it.

I have been writing a comedy with the exact same premise, and am curious about how similar my ideas are to Mr Stoller's.

Everything's opposite? Hmmm... I saw that episode of "Seinfeld," too. ;)

Nice work, though... I wish I had thought of it.

this reminded me of a one-act play by David Ives called the Philadelphia....which I thought was pretty funny.... i guess a feature with a similar idea could be good too.

The concept of a "Bizarro World", from Superman comics, has been borrowed by many tv shows; Star Trek, Seinfeld and South Park among others. But those episodes worked because of the humor of established characters playing against type (or meeting their Earth 2 counterparts.)

But for a feature film, you would have to establish your own set of rules based on common human experiences, rather than established characters, ie. kids go to work and adults to school, people sleep during day and are up at night, etc. I'd just be interested to see what this writer's take is on it.
