There are a lot of these in the opening credits, aren't there?

Could somebody please fill out the list please, and explain what each term means?

Anything before A film by are basically the production companies involved in getting the movie made. Could be the A) studio distributing the movie B) the hands on production company who made it C) the financial backers or D) an actor's company. "A film by" is usually a director's ego speaking.

With European productions it is usually all the co-production parties and it can be a long list ...the Film Council in association with North Rhein-Westphalia Film Fonds... BBC Film.. Scottish Film.... Australian FFC ....etc etc... so you have all the funding and producing parties plus distributors/sales agents will also be in the opening credits.
