Ray Romano's production company?
Does anybody know the name of it?
|
Celeb's prodcos/here we go again...
I know, I know, nobody wants to hear why it's not a great idea to contact celebs and/or Hollywood stars/prodcos but here we go;
1) Try these online resources; www.whorepresents.com www.hcdonline.com www.imdb.com www.imdbpro.com www.hollywoodlitsales.com www.absolutewrite.com . 2) Get an agent/lawyer/manager to rep you. Many celebs only deal with talent reps for legal reasons. www.copyright.gov www.wga.org www.marklitwak.com ;) BM |
Re: Ray Romano's production company?
I don't think he has one yet. He's just clearing out of his studio offices...

Re: Ray Romano's production company?
For a laugh, you should check out Patricia Heaton's (Ray's wife on the show) production company and look at their submission policy.
www.fourboysfilms.com Bottom line: You submit an idea, logline, synopsis, treatment, script, thoughts off the top of your head, ect, it automatically becomes theirs for free. It's like that's your punishment for submitting. |
Re: Ray Romano's production company?
Roseanne Arnold had a similar deal when you submitted to her company only
her contract said something like they'd have to pay you at least $200 for it. Ray and his wife must have forgotten how when they were nobodies, someone helped them. They suck. Cole |
Re: Ray Romano's production company?
Dan,
To be honest, I was really surprised at Heaton's submission policy. She's a 40 something TV actress. No doubt there are academy award winning actresses in their forties who can't good movie roles anymore. You think she would be open to at least look at a query! Mark |
Re: Ray Romano's production company?
I'll tell you what.
This man is trying to prove he has a career after Everybody Loves, and if you have a script thats right for him, you get it to him. And if it's good...I quote Johnny Cougar... "When the walls come tumblin' down When the walls come crumblin' crumblin' When the walls come tumblin' tumblin' down" A great script will always do the above, but I've seen Ray in a few interviews. There's a hint of nervousness about his post Raymond career. He is really looking for something. Good luck!! |
Re: Ray Romano's production company?
The 4 Boys Film submission policy almost reads as a joke....it can't be serious, right? They get free rights to anything received unsolicited to use "throughout the universe" - that has to be a gag, right -- cause at the bottom they mention something about WGA minimum...
