Re: Walking Dead - new season... anybody?

That's what's so interesting about that episodes, his transformation from "The Governor" to "Brian" if you will - I haven't seen a character arc in forever that has intrigued me so much.

Re: The Counselor (Ridley Scott/Cormac McCarthy Full Trailer)

Re: The Counselor (Ridley Scott/Cormac McCarthy Full Trailer)

Re: Hello Ladies

I looked forward to the show, not just as a "writer" but as a perpetually single guy :o And I survived three episodes and laughed my ass off a bit during each one - the prime objective realized....

Re: WKRP In Cincinnati

I absolutely love the bits between Loni and Howard Hesseman, and there were little bits about the then-cutting edge music scene that were great. I doubt I could watch more than one disc's worth of...

Re: Copper

I was underwhelmed by the pilot. I might go back in a few episodes to see if it picks up, because it could just be getting started.
Looks like some good procedurals on BBC - the Idris Elba show...

Re: Revolution

I very much agree with the natural power issues- that's why I want to write a steampunk spec :D Well, take the good premise and make it awesome, right?
That's always a big issue with things like...

Re: Has anyone ever cried in a pitch?

I've wanted to cry. Or jump off the roof.

Anyway, being passionate about your story - being an actor, if you will - is great for a presenter. Don't go all Steve Ballmer on them, though - Steve Jobs...

Re: Cliche is as Cliche Does

Or Mystery Science Theater 3000. (An indispensible fount of comedy and lessons in what not to do, from long ago.)

Anyway, next villain who describes the motive of his master plan as "Because I can",...

Re: More Amityville Horror Nonsense

Do tour buses go by on Halloween? Like the Death Tour in LA, something like that.
At least they didn't have to defile a beautiful loch in Scotland to perpetrate the hoax and lure suckers in. (I saw...

Re: Sending a trailer / visual pitch instead of a summary?
