Re: Judging Your Own Work

It doesn't take much talent or experience to tell if a fart joke stinks. But I'm not as hard on myself as I'd like to be when it comes to dick jokes.

Re: What do you make of this query response?

Ed, your logline is not very good. You might want to start a thread on the logline query letters forum. There are some very sharp folks who visit there and can help you.

good luck

Re: What do you make of this query response?

Ed, I couldn't find any posting, by you, concerning a logline, on the Logline Query letters forum.

So what is your logline? Or if you want you can bump it up on the Logline forum.

Thanks and good...

Or maybe even the film starring Michael Douglas FALLING DOWN. It's a pretty intense character study too.

Re: Franklin Leonard

Homer is more my level, drinks beer, watches TV, is late to work, has a strange boss, etc. I don't know about those other two guys.

Re: Franklin Leonard

How about making a plan where you displace one or more of the top guys. Mazin, Fey, August, Lowell, Haas, Spellman, Talbott, Frank, etc. I think you'll find it a much easier focus.
