I do like the idea of targeting newly promoted or hungry young managers. Sometimes the trades help, but it can be tough.

Have a group of several characters introduced at pretty much the same time who remain together throughout the script.

I've used speech patterns/implied cadences to try and make the characters...

Thanks for helping me get out of my head on this. Yes, in the end I went the traditional (V.O) route and I think it has simplified it no end. Much better.
