  • Agency Email Filter Red Flags

    Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to the board but have been a long time reader. I've recently started sending out a slew of queries and I'm wondering if anyone knows of specific words that activate an agencies email filter. I'm not rocket scientist, but I would imagine that the words, "query," "logline," etc. might set it off. Does anyone have any insight concerning this?

    Thanks in advance.

I would suggest simply this: Title: genre.

Hence: "Stabbed in the Head": a thriller.
