Submission question

I just got my first agent submission requesta couple days ago. I'm really excited, especially since they requested to see what I feel is my best work. I have a problem though......I went to convert my 117-page script into the standard screenplay format - 12-point courier and all the specific margins and tabs and all that. Well, pretty soon, my script jumped from 117-pages over 160!!! It was already in 10-point courier and had all the appropriate master headings and what not. I just didn't have the bigger font size or the dialogue condensed to 3-3.5 inches. What should I do?? I don't want to cut any scenes, but I don't want them to throw out my script because the dialogue is too wide or my font size is too small! What do you think??
