Films about the industry

Guys, I know there are a few, but can you name me some of the movies about the film industry. The behind the scenes stuff, not just the actors, but the directors and producers - all that back room dealing and problems faced when making a movie.

I seem to recall a movie recently made, a doco I think, about a movie directed by Terry Gilliam and starring Johhny Depp that was beset with so many problems it got canned.
