Drop it in a cauldron of boiling tar. If it dies, it's not a guild signatory.

Surely you can ask the WGA. I'd hunt around on their web site, maybe put a phone call in to member services. They'll help you with a question like this or will know who you should contact regardless of whether you're a member.
Also, you could just ask the company. They shouldn't lie to you, because it's too easy to catch them. |

I don't think they'd publish the list, but rather you'll need to call them and query directly.

I fretted over this one, too, and couldn't find the answer anywhere.
But then I thought: What was behind my need to know? Because I figure such companies will treat me more respectfully and won't rip me off? More likely, probably because I want to get the "minimum" without even negotiating, right? So I satisfied myself, based on that. I just probably won't settle for anything less than the minimum! Problem solved. It's their issue if they're not actual signatories. Plus my lawyer is booked for a small percentage on top of his wicked hourly fee, which gives him the incentive to at least question me if I "settle" for something that could actually be higher. Oh, those'll be the days!!! ![]() |
